編輯導言而非整篇條目 (Community Wishlist/W117/zh)

Description

在標題下方新增一個選項，用來單獨編輯導言/描述（或稱「章節0」），而不必編輯整篇條目。

這項變更還能在修訂記錄中提供更好的概觀。

多個維基站點已經以小工具的形式提供了此功能（詳見Phab:T2156），但如果能在更多外觀皮膚有更好的設計並整合到後端，將會受益匪淺。
