Create structured task type for checking if warning templates are still applicable (Community Wishlist/W137/en)

Description
On en:Special:Homepage, there's the structured tasks feature to fix up articles with minor, medium, or difficult edits. A new task type could be added to checking those for articles that were flaired as having problems (like being written like an advertisement), and have been edited.
Experienced Wikipedians could then decide whether those flairs are still applicable to the article.
