Description
It would be cool to create a mobile app for the English Wiktionary that can be used offline (other language Wiktionaries could work as well but would require additional effort). A user of the app would be able to enter an English word and quickly get translations into other languages, or conversely find the definition of a word in any language. I can see this app being extremely useful for language learners and it wouldn't be very difficult to build.
