Matrix Chats
[edit]I need a place where I can ask questions. For example question about wikidata... I am interested in coins, and in wiktionary wiki-data. But I do not understand how it works. Trying to read documentations does not help (and I am not the dumpest of all). I do not know where to ask.
This place should use some standard protocol. Just adding wiki-forum page will not do. The best candidate for it now is Matrix.
And by the way, I have some Matrix experience, I guess I can help. At least share it, and do something useful too.
Mentors
[edit]It would be good to have possibility to ask same person again and again (if one does not mind), instead of asking random person each time. This will make that person a kind of "mentor". This will help with not explaining the whole story from start, "mentor" would already familiar with project I am working at. I miss this feature very much.
I have spontaneous "mentor" at fr.wiktionary and this is very good for me. Would be nice if it would be more intentionally then spontaneous
