Remove pop up for dark mode and remove the Tools menu when visiting site after clearing cookies (Community Wishlist/W165/ja)
Please remove the pop up notification of available "colors" or dark-mode, it's really annoying and interrupts what I'm doing. Also, the "Tools" menu on the right hand side of the screen. That menu is taking up space on the page with a bunch of things I will never use. Delivering new "features" is not making using wikipedia easier or more enjoyable for me. I don't save settings or history in web browsers so, setting things is useless. Also, I frequently use different computers, I don't want to fiddle with getting settings all the same. I prefer to delete cookies, history and settings. This protects me from advertising and data gathering. Customizing things on my computer is really the most annoying thing I can think of.
