Saving references like books somewhere private (Community Wishlist/W175)

Description
I like adding to wikipedia by using books, newspapers and magazines. And while ofcourse you can add that in the reference on an article itself, and then reuse it for other references on the same page. Its a very tedious process of copy and pasting the same book information for 20+ articles from a seperate drive document. Could there be a way that maybe you have a private list of references that you can pick from when adding a reference? And adjust the pages used, thats really the only thing that is different.
