Make it possible to reuse citations from infobox in VE (Community Wishlist/W18)

Description

Currently, it's not possible to reuse citations that are defined in the infobox when working in Visual Editor. That is, when you click on the citation quotes, and go to the third "tab" reuse, sources defined in the infobox are not reusable. As these citations are often important citations, it would be great if they were reusable. A related problem is that citation numbering is wrong when you enter VE and some citations are included in the infobox.
