Link an element in wikidata (as Link to another namespace) (Community Wishlist/W200)

Description
In Wikipedia English, it is not possible to link an element in wikidata (something as Link to another namespace)
It would be nice to have something that receive the Wikidata Qnumber and a label (decided by the editor), and it results as a wikilink.
Template {{LinkedLabel}} is good, but it doesn't underline the label, and the label cannot be chosen by the editor.
