In meinen Einstellungen kann ich unter "Aussehen" "Vector (2022)" aktivieren. Beim herunterscrollen poppt dann irgendwann eine Schaltfläche oben links auf, mit der ich mir das Inhaltsverzeichnis anzeigen lassen und an eine andere Stelle im Artikel springen kann. Das sollte bitte auch in der Standardeinstellung "Vector alt (2010)" aktivierbar und imho auch voreingestellt sein.
