Coloured rows in CentralAuth (Community Wishlist/W203)

Description

I am proposing a quality of life change to the Special:CentralAuth list which shouldn't be too hard to implement. Crosswiki patrollers and sysops extensively use CentralAuth extension to look at other local accounts. When looking at established user accounts with hundreds of local accounts I believe it is quite a pain for eye strained users not to confuse the wikis. I believe this could be easily solved by coloured table rows when hovered with the mouse cursor on top so that users can easily match wiki and user contribs while not misclicking other wikis instead. This improvement would look like Special:GlobalRenameProgress which already has such hover mode implemented.

Another possibly useful feature is to be able to click on a table row to keep it colourised (useful in scenarios of crosswiki patrolling in order to keep track of the last wiki you have clicked on).
