Upload option in Commons categories (Community Wishlist/W209/en)

Description
It would be fantastic if there were an upload Button available under or beside each category name, allowing images to be tagged with the corresponding category and coordinates (if not already included in the metadata). This would make it much easier for contributors to add images.
