Improve how wide tables interact with the tools panel (Community Wishlist/W21)

Description
When users scroll on a wikipedia page and there is a wide table, that navbox often "collides" with the tools panel.
There are a number of use cases here, documented on

This UX is a minor detail, however it impacts the reader experience and distracts a reader from gaining knowledge.
