Description

I mainly use Wikipedia. For new users, before writing the first article, it's important to know "how to write an article", which seems hard to find. I've had a hard time finding myself, and I've also heard that users who've been active for over a decade didn't know about the Five Pillars.

This means that the community should devise a method of disseminating the article writing guide and policy, but I think there's another problem with the system itself.

When I view Wikipedia on my PC, I see many items on the sidebar. Among these, I noticed that "Help" corresponded to "Guide on Writing Articles". In Japan, "Help" is a common term for "Help articles" in computer applications. At the same time, users might be drawn by the "help" impression of applications and not realize that it indicates Wikipedia's guides and rules. (I was like that)

Other Wikimedia projects might have the same problem.

Is there a way to make guides and rules easier to understand from the user interface?
