We need a set of tools for editing images directly in Wikimedia Commons. The most useful image-editing functions would be grouped together in a single tool:

Face/License plate/... blurrying (on images AND on videos) — Commons has to be respectful of people's privacy, so it's sometimes necessary to blur faces (on images of demonstrations or when we don't get permission) or information (such as license plates that make it easy to identify someone). Actually, we have to use softwares for images and Python module "deface" for video, it would be better to have a tool for it directly in Commons.
