Description

There's a lot of Creative Commons marked videos on YouTube, and it's difficult to download the video and upload it to Commons (for example for persons with bad internet connection, bad knowledge about downloading from YouTube or on mobile phone). We need a YouTube to Commons uploader tool like for Flickr which will verify if the video is on CC licence and if yes, upload it directly.
