Improve support for TemplateData (Community Wishlist/W24/en)

Description

Although TemplateData has been part of the 2010 Visual Editor extensions since April 2019, there are some features missing that allow you to make the best use of the TemplateWizard extension, including within the Vector 2022 skin.

Among the problems encountered:

• fail to manage duplicates in the template
• need better management of "type"
• need better management of "suggestedvalues" (e.g. in the template subpage, see also phab:T335986, phab:T292972)
• need better integration with Wikidata (e.g. possibility to indicate that some values are derived from property, see also phab:T298862)
• need better integration with templates based on Lua modules (e.g. suggested parameters)
