When adding a citation in the visual editor, I would like to be able to reuse it by URL, especially from Google Books (Community Wishlist/W242/en)

When adding a citation in the VisualEditor, I would like to see the ability to "reuse" existing citations by URL, especially Google Books URLs (although other URLs may be possible). This would improve usability.
