Mobile apps for projects besides Wikipedia (Community Wishlist/W252)

Description

Right now we have a mobile app for Wikipedia but we don't have mobile apps for other projects. I think it would be a good idea for there to be mobile apps for all projects to enhance the experience of mobile users and allow offline downloading on mobile devices (like already done on the Wikipedia app).
