Mass production of categories (Community Wishlist/W255/en)

Description
In many cases, one might want to create a lot of categories that resemble each other, with some changes. This is especially relevant to year categories, such as "Books from 1939", "Books from 1940", "Books from 1941", etc.
It would make my life easier if it was possible to easily mass produce these, with their own categorization (and similar year supercategories).
