Advanced searching by Edit tags (Community Wishlist/W256)

Description
Edit tags are used for filtering revisions. Patrollers can search notable editing through tags.
- Special:Watchlist, Special:RecentChanges, Special:RelatedChanges
- We can use OR operator
- Special:NewPages, Special:Log, Special:History, Special:Contributions
- we can use NOT operator (tagInvert=1)
But its searching feature is not enough. I want search with complex conditions which is combined AND, OR and NOT, such as:
- visualeditor AND mobile edit
- VisualEditor on mobile
- visualeditor OR (discussiontools AND (NOT discussiontools-source))
- default DiscussionTools is like VisualEditor, so search both
- mw-new-redirect AND (NOT mw-reverted)
- creating redirect, but exclude already reverted
