Subscribe to non–level-2 sections (Community Wishlist/W267)

Description

On enwp, "categories/files/redirects/templates for discussion" pages are created for each date, with sections with levels lower than 2. It's currently impossible to follow only the discussion about a category/file/redirect/template you're interested in, because you can only watch the whole page and you can't subscribe to such a section.

Example: on English Wikipedia you can link to en:Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2024 August 9#Template:WikiProject Futurama but you cannot subscribe to that specific section about "Template:WikiProject Futurama".

Support The ability to subscribe to level 3 and level 4 headings would be a really nice efficiency on multiple wikis.
