Link "diff" and "hist" for category changes on Watchlist/RecentChanges (Community Wishlist/W268)

Description

"diff" and "hist" are not linked for category additions/removals in non-grouping mode of Watchlist/RecentChanges (even though the revision ID is provided in the HTML!). So in order to see the diff of the actual edit that added or removed the category, you have to visit the page, go to the history, and locate the edit, which is really inconvenient.
