Trigger warning and blurring of potentially disturbing images (Community Wishlist/W276)

Description
To create a more inclusive and supportive online environment, I suggest adding trigger warnings to images that could be distressing. This would allow users to make informed choices about the content they engage with. Uploaders could be prompted to select a category for their image, such as "disturbing content," to facilitate this.
