Add namespace filtering to the options of Logs (Community Wishlist/W279/en)

View all wishes.

Description

Currently you cannot choose to filter the logs on namespace, which is inconvenient for the maintenance of some namespaces. With this option added, it would be easier to patrol changes made outside of articles. For example, you can choose to show file moves in the move log and to monitor the legitimate use of the move function.
