導入自Community Wishlist Survey 2022/Editing/Easy access Templates

存取和選擇常用模板所需的點擊次數太多了。

允許使用者設定他們常用的模板，以便從模板精靈對話框中輕鬆選取。每個社群也可以定義他們自己的「熱門」模板清單，在預設情況下顯示，並且可以依個別使用者變更。
