近期變更與其衍生視圖（監視清單、相關變更）可讓使用者查看頁面何時加入分類或從分類移除。然而，自該功能實作十年以來，仍沒有原生介面可以列出最近從所選分類移除的頁面。雖然相關變更的功能（Special:RecentChangesLinked）非常接近，但也不符合期望，因為當頁面從分類移除時，它不再被視為有連結（雞蛋問題）。本願望旨在透過修改特殊頁面或開發用於分類變更的新專用視圖來實現這一點。一些變更已經被提出：[1]。這項願望在2021年度、2022年度、2023年度得到了適度支持。

Another improvement could be support for tracking changes of subcategories (one level depth, I don't think support for nesting is possible and necessary). For example, communities could add all categories of interest (e.g., maintenance) to an "umbrella" category and track all additions to them, thus create a custom queue(s) of pages to tidy up (something like VRTS on wiki) and increase productivity of wiki maintainers by centralizing such queues.
