Improve difference between revisions (Community Wishlist/W299/en)

Description
When you do a difference between revisions of an article you can end up with pages of differences where the only difference is the addition or removal of spaces. You need a marker in the block of text in the diff to show where the change is or you get a big block of text with no obvious change.
Also would be good to have an option to ignore space changes in the diffs and just show those where there is a real text change to the page.
