Center the login page/interface (Community Wishlist/W301)

Hello,
This wish is very simple. I still don't understand why the login interface isn't centered. I'm pretty sure that centering the main interface of the login page would be a more modern design.
In the same ways, It will be more modern if we remove the image with the 3 silhouettes, as this image has a very "msn messager"/"facebook" design.
