Wikimedia Dashboard (Community Wishlist/W313/ta)

Description
The Wikimedia Dashboard would be an easily accessible page (perhaps replacing current links to the Watchlist). It would present the same information from whatever wiki/device/browser/app you access it from. The central component would be the Watchlist (or the Global Watchlist if desired).
Other components:
- Favourites: links to your favourite wiki pages across all projects, could include icons for talk pages you are too busy to watch changes on.
- Clipboard: used to store wikilinks. Commons file links could be placed on the clipboard while viewing Commons, then pasted into a Wikipedia article you visit later (or through "Insert" in Visual Editor). When you view a diff, select "copy to clipboard" then visit the page you want to add the diff to and paste from the clipboard, with the system taking care of all syntax. This has large productivity implications for mobile users.
