Display range blocks that impacted single IP address block logs (Community Wishlist/W319/en)

Description

It would be wonderful if IP addresses that were covered by a range block would show that block in their block log. With ipv6 it is very common to block /64 ranges, and those blocks do not show in the log of the IP address that spurred the block or other IPs that are likely the same user.
