Display Total Number of References Next to Language Links (Community Wishlist/W324/ja)

Description
I propose a feature that displays the total number of references for an article next to the language links on the left side of the page. This number would represent the total count of citations, such as those included using {{cfn}}, {{harvnb}}, <ref> tags, and others that are tallied in the {{reflist}} section.
This feature would provide a quick overview of how extensively an article is referenced across different language versions. It would help users gauge the reliability and depth of content at a glance and encourage contributors to add more references to improve the quality of articles.
