Description

目前，防濫用過濾器的觸發只能透過觸發清單檢查，或是透過過濾器對編輯加上的標籤來檢查。這對於觸發次數很低的過濾器來說非常不方便。

管理員有時會希望過濾器被觸發後立即收到通知，但不直接阻止操作是有原因的。
