Dynamic Wikidata references (Community Wishlist/W358)

Description
I know that Wikidata entries are supposed to have citations to them, but it's really tedious to keep adding references to each individual item. My idea is to add "dynamic references", which would be references that aren't tied to one specific Wikidata statement, and can then point to one or more statements on the item.
