Multiple Watchlists (Community Wishlist/W372)

Description

Proposal: Ability to create multiple watchlists of articles for various reasons.

Described in detail at Multiple watchlists, which was adequately supported but never implemented.

Amendment to original proposal

To ease implementation and/or reduce performance concerns, we could start with only allowing registered users to have a second watchlist and maybe limit that to a specific number of watched articles (less than 500 for example). Even if this only ever amounts to two total watchlists per user, it would be exponentially better than only having one.

Reasoning

While alternative options exist today, this proposed feature would allow registered users to maintain multiple private watchlists.
