特殊頁面應該要有跨語言連結 (Community Wishlist/W385/zh)

Description

目前，維基媒體專案中的許多特殊頁面（如Special:RecentChanges、Special:Watchlist、Special:SpecialPages）沒有跨語言連結。這給想要在自己偏好的語言版本中使用相同工具的多語言貢獻者帶來了障礙。對於在多個維基上工作的全域使用者來說，這尤其不方便。

因此，我建議為特殊頁面啟用跨語言連結。這將提高可用性、一致性，並為經常在不同語言之間切換的使用者提供更便捷的存取體驗。
