Hyphenate table of contents in Vector skin (Community Wishlist/W40)

Description

Please hyphenate long words in the table of contents. This would increase readability, especially in German articles where long words are common (see the screenshot). Fixing this should just be a matter of adding a hyphens:auto CSS rule.
