Wikidata: date time picker needs improvement and OSM integration should be improved (Community Wishlist/W405)

Description

I have described my first time experience creating a wiki data page in https://m.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Forum/Archiv/2025/04 ("Meine erste Wikidata-Seite", in German).

Skimming the entry I see a big potential in improving the OSM integration and the entry of date/time caused big ux hurdles for me.

I'm quite technical, but even I did not understand much of the ui there. So this can be a big barrier for new contributors. Is refer to the text in German for details for now, but I can write/extract more tasks or of that though some are not clear for me how to solve. It's mostly just a list/experienced problems.
