Special:EditWatchlist needs more basic functionality (Community Wishlist/W411/en)

Description

Make it easier to process entries in a watchlist, especially long ones, while on the Special:EditWatchlist ("Edit watchlist") page.

1. Make namespace sections foldable (w/ fold status saved between visits)
2. Show the "Remove titles" button at the top - I shouldn't have to always scroll to the bottom to take this action
3. "Invert checked" link/button within each namespace
4. "Watch subpages" link/button next to pages having subpages (adds them to the watchlist when clicked) - this would be useful for user pages, help/guideline/policy pages, WikiProjects and other communities
5. Dropdown to add or modify expiration next to pages (perhaps spurred by click of a clock icon (expiring) or an infinity icon (permanent) to save space)
6. (feel free to add more useful improvements)
