Automate transclusion of request subpages on main listing pages (Community Wishlist/W432)
On many Wikimedia projects, community workflows—such as admin actions or page deletions—require users to create a subpage and then manually transclude it onto a central listing page. This extra step is easy to forget, especially by new users, leaving valid requests unlisted and unnoticed.
A bot (or built-in automation tool) could handle this automatically. When a new request page is created as a subpage following a defined format, the system would detect it and transclude it into the appropriate section of the main listing page. Ideally, it would also work in reverse—removing transclusions automatically if the subpage is deleted.
In the future, it could even manage the archiving of resolved requests. However, the main goal remains to automate transclusion in request subpages to ensure all new requests are properly listed and visible.
