Enable uploading playlists and a user's videos/audios via video2commons (Community Wishlist/W443)

Description

Wikimedia Commons has over 350 000 videos, all integrated into one system where they can be searched and discovered and where they are well organized into categories.

A main way these videos get uploaded is by using the video2commons tool (over 110 000 videos have been uploaded with it) where one more or less only needs to enter a youtube URL (instead of for example having to first convert the video to webm with ffmpeg and then manually enter things like the description in the UploadWizard). The same also goes for audio files, not just on YT but also other sites like soundcloud.

Please enable uploading a playlist or a user's videos or audios in one go. The tool could show all the videos that it found with the CCBY license – with an option to instead view all – where one could then unselect videos to not import if any.

For example, I think all of the CCBY videos that the Wikimedia Foundation uploaded to YouTube should also be on Commons and many of them aren't but one currently would have to do it manually by entering each and every video individually into video2commons. (When entering a playlist URL it shows the error Error: An exception occurred: DownloadError: b'ERROR: Cannot write playlist metadata to JSON file /dev/null.info.json') Another example is a user requesting good-quality drone videos of places to be imported from their channel where they already imported a small fraction of around 100 videos.

This would also require a check before upload whether the video (with that ID) has already been uploaded to Commons to prevent duplicate uploads and also to enable completing large partial imports. (And maybe this should be a separate wish.)
