Sort maintenance categories by view count (Community Wishlist/W467)

When working on maintenance categories such as en:Category:All Wikipedia neutral point of view disputes you can start at the oldest stuff, but others probably already have so they are very difficult.
It would be nice if you could sort on stuff like viewcount.
If one of the most viewed pages is promoting a specific POV then fixing that is where we should focus our attention first.
