Watchlist - identify Structured Data changes (Community Wishlist/W5)

Description
The Structured Data changes that are made are not easily identified when quickly scanning the Watchlist.
The changes need to be clearly identified, probably in a similar way to Wikidata changes with a flag. Suggest use of S or SD.
See the example screenshot. In the middle is a bot edit that is not a structured data type edit. This is difficult to pickout from the surrounding lines.
If the structured data edits were identified, you could scan down the start of each line and notice there is not a structured data marker against that edit and investigate further.
