Fix remaining videos imported with low quality (Community Wishlist/W512)

Description
This is a follow up to W447: Fix video2commons so it imports videos at max resolution & fix videos imported with low quality for additional slices of videos that need to be identified and fixed somehow since they were uploaded with suboptimal quality compared to available source. This has been fixed for new uploads with video2commons, but there are undetermined slices of old videos that could be identified and fixed retroactively.
