Improving the automatic citation tool (Community Wishlist/W52)

Description
The automatic citation generation tool Citoid currently does not add appropriate fields for a lot of sources that are considered reliable by the English Wikipedia, a list of issues can be found at this page. It would be nice if Citoid were to be extended to cover the cases mentioned above so that editors will not need to go out of their way to fill in the missing fields when adding a citation through Citoid.
