Make the Content Translation tool more accessible and readable (Community Wishlist/W544)
Currently, both Vector 2022 and Minerva skins support the customization of typography (i.e., font sizes and line heights) and dark mode, as describe on the page Reading/Web/Accessibility for reading. However, the Content Translation tool (through Special:ContentTranslation on Wikipedia) utilizes a separate skin/interface from both Vector 2022 and Minerva skins, therefore it does not support accessibility menu. The current typography of the Content Translation tool corresponds to "Standard" size (under Accessibility menu) on Vector 2022 skin. Some users might prefer smaller fonts (so that they can skim through the paragraph faster), and some might require larger font size due to their visual needs. In addition, some users might require dark mode when using the content translation tool because dark mode is able to reduce visual fatigue.
Other than that, it might also be useful (though optional) to be able to switch the layout of the Content Translation tool menu (containing editing toolbar, machine translation toolbar, issues toolbar, instruction widget, and feedback widget) from the current vertical column layout to a horizontal row layout. This allows more space to be available for the translation view container, and give a similar user experience to that of the visual editor.
