Description

The Reading List feature has existed for a long time, but it was previously limited to iOS and Android versions of the Wikipedia app. Last year, the feature was extended to the desktop and mobile websites (mw:Readers/Reader Experience/Reading lists). Nonetheless, the Reading List has been limited to only main/article namespace.

The feature should be expanded to other non-main namespaces, like "Wikipedia:", "File:" and "Draft:". Indeed, the Watchlist should not be the only feature to add pages under such namespaces. If achieved, users will add pages into the Reading List and then look for them to read over and over. That way, users do not have to change/swap watchlist tabs just to seek a such page that they would add into.

For example, a user would like to read a policy page, the Five Pillars page, or a welcome page over and over but then would like to see it added into the Reading List. Same for images or draft articles.
