Add toolbar for mobile web's source editor (Community Wishlist/W555)
Proposed wish
Description
A toolbar is long needed, especially for mobile users preferring the wikitext/source editor on the mobile web. Totally worried that, since the enwiki community unanimously favored switching to VisualEditor for mobile web, this wish would be either one of least prioritized tasks or totally ignored. The task on Phabricator was created eleven years ago without much further progress.
