Make the pending changes interface better (Community Wishlist/W63/en)

Description

The current pending changes interface is quite bad. Some issues (that I wish could be fixed) are:

Dark mode

1. When you accept / revert a pending revision, it affects all pending revisions. This causes issues when certain revisions are good and others are bad, so those bad revisions will have to be manually fixed.
2. The colors in page history look fine in light mode, but it's a disaster in dark mode. (pictured)

So, what I wish for is an improved interface, thank you.
