Improve accessibility (Community Wishlist/W69/en)

Description
- It would ensure better accessibility to include in "reply to", both modes, the +template button.
- It would make it easier for users to add a "cite" button in the menu with the same functions already present in add a source, i.e. cite book, cite publication, etc., with a choice between manual and automatic so as to facilitate the users with limited mobility by making it easier to fill in the template cite book, etc.
