改進分類系統以相容集合分類和主題分類 (Community Wishlist/W74/zh)

Update: We are archiving this wish. While there could be a technical solution, nothing technically stops any wiki from defining how topic/set categories are structured.
在英語維基百科，en:Category:City（單數形）屬於主題分類而en:Category:Cities（複數形）屬於集合分類，區分了兩者。同樣，德語維基百科也區分了de:Kategorie:Staat和de:Kategorie:Staaten。
然而，漢語和日語等東亞語言並未區分兩者，集合項和主題項通常被歸類為同一分類，例如ja:Category:都市或zh:Category:国家。與英語版和德語版相比，這些包含不同類型項目的混合型分類在查找內容頁時不太方便，尤其是在與deepcat:或PetScan一起使用時效果更差。
我個人認為，有兩種不同的改進方法可選：
- 將現有的分類命名空間拆分為Classification命名空間和Subject Heading命名空間，將集合項和主題項分開，如同「棲地隔離」般。
- 使現有分類命名空間內按項目進行顏色編碼和排序。例如，集合項顯示為藍色連結，主題項顯示為綠色等。這有助於區分混合型分類中的兩種項目。
去年，日語維基百科討論了相關問題（僅有日語請見諒）。
